This is a mullen and eucalyptus chest rub for adults and older kids 12 plus.

Mullen has an affinity for the lungs and is used to help dry up unproductive coughs and bronchitis. Eucalyptus is antimicrobial and acts as an excellent expectorant, perfect for lungs and we've used peppermint essential oil as it is commonly used to treat coughs and colds.

HOW TO USE: Rub balm on your chest to help soothe congestion and cough. While designated for the chest you can also use it under your nose for a stuffy nose and sore skin from scratchy tissue. You can also apply to your feet. This will also help ease congestion.
