Shiny Like A New Dime facial cleanser gently removes oil, debris and make up ( even waterproof mascara! ) without drying out skin. Thanks to the home-grown rose water, vitamin e and essential oils, this natural face wash gently cleanses your skin while moisturizing it as well. This is an all natural, vegan product.

HOW TO USE: Saturate a cotton pad, or small damp face cloth with the cleanser and sweep over face, neck, lip and eye area to fully cleanse. You can also place 3-5 drops of cleanser in your palm, run other hand under water then rub hands together to create lather and rub over entire face and neck in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water to remove dirt, oil and make-up.
